$10,000,000 view

I recently spent a week in San Francisco for work. The weather was uncommonly great, and I was lucky enough to not be acosted by swarms of homeless miscreants or social vigilantes, although I was lectured by a local, all-knowing bartender for not posessing a vaccination card, but that's another story.
Anyhow, I was working in a newly constructed high-end condo complex that has amazing views.
A recent sale of a 2 bedroom unit in this building hit a staggering $9.775 Million.

I won’t argue though that that view is amazing. That’s not where I would live if I had that much money, but again, amazing view!

I'm certainly no fan of San Francisco policies (or weather, typically!), and I would not live there for any reason at any price. I was actually quite surprised by how clean this particular section of the city is compared to what I have seen in the past and what I had expected.

I saw this on the news a couple of years ago. The entire city was in a 'brown out'...

I'm certainly no fan of San Francisco policies (or weather, typically!), and I would not live there for any reason at any price. I was actually quite surprised by how clean this particular section of the city is compared to what I have seen in the past and what I had expected.

My guess is that section of the city is so upper class that law enforcement and city officials take policing more seriously.

Just remember, as long as you steal items under $950 they won’t prosecute

San Francisco has been a shithole for decades - ever since the mid 1960s when it was the Mecca for hippies of all sorts. My sister thought the sun rose and set there, and was "on the Haight" in 1967. I have nothing but bad associations as a result.

As I mentioned previously, I'm no fan of the city, it's elected officials, their policies, or even the typically cold/windy weather, but 'the view from my office' while I was there was pretty cool.
