I went to San Francisco a couple months ago as soon I exited the freeway there was a guy smoking a crack pipe.

How long before they build skywalks between the buildings so the high up apartment dwellers don't have to risk mingling with the riff raff.

I had a conference South of there in Santa Clara and spent a weekend in San Francisco when my wife had a work trip on our 10th anniversary.

My guess is that section of the city is so upper class that law enforcement and city officials take policing more seriously.

Just remember, as long as you steal items under $950 they won’t prosecute

The contractor told me it was something like $4,000/month iirc...

My neighbors brother lives in a condo in NYC. His HOA fee is 2700.00 per month. That does not include his 1500.00 a month parking fee or garbage fee. And I complain about my 300.00 a month HOA fee.
