05 TJ automatic stuck in limp mode with sensor codes

We are having the same issue with our 2006 TJ. We have replaced the PCM, changed the camshaft position sensor and put in a new OPDA. The Jeep runs perfectly until the next morning. When we turn it on, check engine light is back on and it's back in limp mode. We have also checked the wiring system and fixed the few knicks we saw, changed the battery, cleared the codes and made sure it's back in time.
HELP!

Similar issues, (Ck. cutting out at 2250 rpm), The fix could be you need a new timing chain (and gears). With slack through time and miles, the sensors are not getting a constant read. I replaced mine and not only fixed the problem but was like I put a new engine in.(although the 4.0 never had a lot of power anyway) My jeep had 190,000 on it though. May God Bless;DL
