Hello everyone, i'm new to the forum. This is my 1999 TJ, 6 inline and manual transmission...

I bought a projet i think 😂

I'm from quebec, canada and i hope i have a lot of fun with the tj!

First thing in the to do list: gaz tank skid plate...

And the second ✅, the fan suddenly stop working...find the problem under the digital box...

Welcome. Thats what is left of your gas tank skid? Yikes. Id say you do have a project on your hands.

I assumed he meant the blower. in Quebec in January he'd be much more likely to notice the heat not working than the engine fan not working. One of us is going to owe the other a coke a few replies from now.

Oh yeah that makes perfect sense!!! I will remove that part of my response!

^ This would be my concern too.

And welcome! As was said already, we all bought projects... and some of us bought those projects new from the factory! I too love the color, that was a similar color to my second color choice for my Gladiator.

The underside is a little rusty but here, an 20 + years old vehiule doesn't exist 😂. Nothing than an welder machine and a cutting wheel can't repair

Welcome to the forum!
A few key pointers to get you up to speed around here:
  • Metalcloak is a metaljoke
  • Savvy is the only way
  • JB is the only way to SYE
  • Don't question
  • Redlining engine rpm is the most efficient way to drive
  • I said don't question
  • Conventional oil will fix all oil leaks, ask Jerry's BMW.
  • Some people here have no clue what it is like to live with 4 seasons
  • When someone claims 19mpg, ignore, their numbers are backwards, it is actually 9.1 mpg
  • If it feels like no one understands your problems, believe me, we don't understand our own to begin with. But, we do try to help, so don't hesitate to ask.
