Rear disk brakes, everything is new.
Parking brake has a stronger braking force in reverse direction compare to forward. More specifically, i have to pull on parking lever less to stop reverse roll, compare to front roll.
No other abnormalities during normal driving, and I have not checked for uneven wear on pads yet.

What would be the reason for this?
I was thinking maybe pads are not seated evenly and as a result apply more pressure on rear facing end (pic for reference)

Parking brake is separate from braking surface the caliper uses. Parking brake is in the hat portion of the rotor.

Leverage just might be different engagement rolling backward than from rolling forward?

Ohh i see, functions like a drum brake. Wow, so many years messing with cars and just now making this discovery.
By looking at online photos, seems like any guess will be a guess until i take it apart.

rephrase please, I don't understand what you are saying here.

Just thinking that more vehicle weight is on the parking brake when the vehicle is in a backward rolling position giving it more bite than when in a position that puts more vehicle weigh transferring towards the front.

Probably not and maybe you just need to adjust the parking brake a bit.
Or you’re just able to pull the handle harder when the Jeep is leaning back.

Hehe possible but i am skeptical, difference is significant.
If i adjust it to the point where it would not budge in reverse roll, even under engine power in reverse gear, i will be able to push it forward with my body.
