Has Quadratec gone out of business?

Ebay has everything I need and better prices than Amazon (or Q-Tec). I even found a new Mopar water pump for $85. I do shop around for the best deals though.
I used them recently and they were quick to answer my questions and shipped my order with one part back ordered. The communication has be right on target keeping me updated on the back ordered part. I’ve used them in the past with no issues.

We are still very much in business! However we have our network and servers are undergoing important upgrades and maintenance. During this time that you may here that our phones are closed or there will be the training message as the customer service department are working on understanding the new systems to better serve you! Our development team is working diligently to complete this work so that we can once again return to servicing your needs to the fullest potential! Unfortunately, because of the technical nature of these upgrades, the order history is being put into our new system and when that is done that will be again visible on your account on the website.

I think a hat or t-shirt is all you can get for under $49 these days.
p.s. Although I did buy Morris 4X4 seat covers for $5 each. They double as tank tops when the weather is hot. I'm so cheap.

Morris was like my favorite site, last decade, they had those awesome diagrams to help you find parts.
I forgot who took them over, but whoever did sucks at life as they ruined the site.
I placed an order on Monday and still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Emailed them yesterday morning and sent a PM to Hailey right after she posted above. Still nothing. I guess I will need to try and call their customer service.
The notice I just read said they are doing some computer work and order histories would not be available until 2-23 but that deadline has passed. I hope nothing is wrong, because I just ordered 370 dollars worth of merch.

Same goes for owning a Harley. H-D stands for hundred dollars. When walking into a H-D dealer, you know that's the least amount of money you are going to be spending.

Glad they're still in business (and glad they're in a position to do system upgrades as that is a major effort and expense not typically undertaken by a company that isn't in good health).

I ordered a t-shirt, 2 hats, a license plate, the Harken top hoist, a MasterTop Bimini top, and the header rail yesterday morning. the bimini top and the header came this morning.
I would say they are still in business.....Fed Ex this time.....

I've had a few minor issues with Quadratech, but Ebay has been on my no-go list for years.

They're only getting bigger and likely streamlining their processes and logistics.
However, that often means worst customer service and a more bureaucratic, complex company.

eBay has been my main buying site ever since Amazon was delivering fake stuff to me. Stuff advertised as 3M would be a Chinese fake. Between audio stuff and even hockey pucks, Amazon is awful, but eBay has been perfect for me. Never an issue, now I will be knocking on wood while putting a horseshoe on and eating a 4 leaf clover.
I had a couple instances of buying something on ebay and then the seller backing out. They'd refund my money but it still delayed the process and caused me inconvenience. I'll buy on ebay under certain conditions, like lots of feedback, a US ship-from location, and a legitimate, detailed description, and a return policy.
I try to buy directly from the source if I can, because Amazon's fee structure is so awful for sellers. But if I can get a Johnny Joint free shipping in two days from Bezos I'll do it rather than wait two weeks and pay $15 to ship it from somebody else.
