looks like the bolt holding it is cocked over low on the driver side. looks like it contacting a washer. take that loose and out of the way, see if that clears the issue. if it does you need to get that bolt to hold straight or bend that arm just a bit so it hangs level and out of the way. maybe the hole in the washer is to big and holding low or maybe it needs to be on the other side to hold the disconnect rod with less angle.
from the looks of those you maybe could use some new sway disconnects.
Did you drill an additional hole for the track bar?
ya, i thought it might be catching that swat link, that's what it looked like he was zoomed in on.
but now i do see the track bar moving in that other hole right at the end.
and if you look at the last pic close there are a few other odd things going on under that front end.
yes, Previous owner drilled another hole for the track bar, I understand is part of the "cheaper" lift kits solution for "not needing" a new adjustable track bar, I have changed almost all of the suspension to throw away all the skyjacker stuff but, I haven't purchased a new adjustable track bar (I still have the oem with relocated drilled hole) because it is only about 0.3 inches off centered one tire from another (I can live with that for a while)
I had the same temptation to drill additional hole, but then decided to wait for my metal cloak adjustable control arm.
