BMB (Black Magic Brakes) body lift kit available now!

You'll get the BM order before you even cancel the Savvy order. I'm always amazed at how fast @mrblaine gets stuff shipped across the country. I order something from my own state and it takes a week to get it, or it goes to New Jersey first and gets lost.

I sent Savvy an email and got a response saying "hoping next week" for body lifts. I fear that is like asking on a hike, how much further? And the "mile, mile and a half" response no matter how much longer you have left to go.

I would have much preferred to purchase from Blaine. In fact, I might take the advice from @Mike_H and just keep the Savvy on order and get both. I'm pretty sure I can sell it!

If I wanted to cancel an order with Savvy, my email would have made my intentions clear.

My guess is your email left things open rather than sending a direct message to cancel the order. And in kind, their response was what you would expect from customer service.

Ordering one of each when you only need one is silly at best.

You are assuming I asked to cancel, but I just asked for an update on fulfillment. Having 2 would be silly, but seeing how quickly the last few kits went in the For Sale section, I understand there is re-sale value.

Why else email Savvy about your unfilled order and tell us you would have preferred to purchase from Blaine?

Ohh...you are going to buy two because there is resale value.

Not sure how I rubbed you the wrong way and apologize personally to you that I mentioned I wanted to support a member, that has helped me in the past.

I have parts in the garage waiting for my body lift, just happy there is a new option out here. Bad timing on my part is all.

I meant 1.25 being relatively small compared to other body lifts. 1.25 is what I wanted 🙂

Oddly, (read that as dumb) there is or was a 1/2" body lift so mine is 2.5 times as much and only 2.4 times as small as a 3" so not quite in the middle of that mess and closer to 3" than it is to 1/2".

I never took issue with you wanting to support Blaine. He makes excellent pieces and has done great things for many people.

You said you would have preferred to purchase from Blaine instead of Savvy as if you don't have the ability to purchase the BMB and cancel the Savvy order. You never tried to cancel the Savvy order and might unnecessarily purchase both kits. I apologize if I sound like a dickhead, but that makes little sense.

All good and best of luck. I'll go back to my hole now.

I saw those. Nice price too. I can't make them for that.
The price is based around my philosophy that they are the working end of your recovery gear and will get abused and are therefore very expendable. Everyone needs a few in their gear bag so they don't wind up using something that may be compromised through abuse.

I also need to find a really horrid color. Fully 75% of the folks who order tell me to pick the color for them. When they start getting bright fluorescent pink ones, they may develop an opinion worthy of mention as to color choice.

I myself, I'm very partial to that green one above. The pics do it no justice as it practically glows in the daylight. By far my favorite and I've got 150 of them on the way.

Any color that does not blend into nature is good for me.
