Seems like Ill have to raise my motor mounts to keep a certain geometry
Is there any different thickness recommanded
Will I have to put a body lift also ?

Most MML are 1".
You don't necessarily need a BL because of the MML, but it will help with clearance for the TT also.
With 3" of SL and 2" of TT, even an LJ will need some help with the driveline angles, especially a non-Rubicon.
Are you doing an SYE and adjustable control arms?

I already have the adjustable control arms
I hope I wont have to do the sye ,because Ill have to change drive shaft too
