1999 4.0 EVAP system removal

ok...hope this not a repeat. The hoses and plastic lines are dry and brittle.
So I broke a line to Evap system that said....Evap Service Port.. 1psi max, regulated press only. Line mended, so now I charge with 1psi??
I would like to remove the whole thing and trash it. Hopefully no codes are thrown...Live in Kingman, Arizona, no smog check.

You can remove it but you’re going to throw codes. The codes can be permanently turned off with HPTuners software.

You’re going to need to properly vent the tank with a rollover valve as well.

Ok good to know. Not there yet, but I will eliminate it at some point. I will definitely need advice on the tank vent and roll over valve.

You’re welcome! I had planned to do it myself so I started looking into it and what would be required. It’s not too difficult.
