Even if you have the doors on, which I don't, cats can jump high enough to get into a Jeep with the top off.

Could you… not… crack the door? If that’s how they get in and out… and you don’t want them in… idk just thinking out loud I guess lol.
I had a guy suggest moth balls. I put them in a couple old socks and leave them on the seats to keep the strays from pissing in the seats. Haven't had any since.
I leave it cracked to give them shelter and their food and water is in there. I love my cats and it's a compromise since they aren't house cats.

Yeah I'd get a 12 electric fence charger and something conductive to put on the ground...
But get the dog-grade fence charger. I used the more powerful livestock-grade charger and found this one morning in the backyard.
