Im clearing out some space, I have 6 window kits. all have tinted windows. includes rear hatch and both side windows
For some reason the pics I have on hand make the windows look purple. Ill update when I get home.

I got the notification of dispute at 11:22am
I have escalated it to paypal for them to resolve. If it was any fault of my own I would refund you in a heartbeat. You should be dealing with your shipping insurance, not filing a claim against me.

When you said you wanted another set I offered a 100 dollar discount for having to deal with the situation. You decided to open a claim. It was your shipping label, I'm sure you had insurance on it. The uppers I sent you were perfect and wrapped in bubble wrap.

And I would file that claim with the shipping company in an instant had you made any effort whatsoever to pack the windows in ANY manner that would ensure their undamaged arrival. They didn't fuck this up, you did. You didn't even try, you just shoved them in the box and shipped them. Almost guarantees there will be damage.

If that were the case I would not have added bubble wrap to it. If the wrap slid down because of poor handling then that's on them. That is the oembox that they came in. If the packaging was an issue then it would not have just effected yours.

This is why it was phrased that way.
At this point paypal is in control so it'll be whatever they see fit.

That's why I posted the first picture. When damage was said that could be anything from what is shown to destroyed. I just wanted everyone to be on the same page now that it was made public.
