I have no judgement. I am not "claiming" that damage, it is damage, it is there and you caused it due to your lack of packaging. And because someone has reacted to your comment about ignoring a claim (that didn't hit my inbox until 50 minutes after the comment) I'll post the damage you're claiming. Which is 4 days after you received it.
I will not be made out to look like a bad member of this community.

Others can arrive at their own opinions as to what kind of a seller you are. But, since you want to do it this way, fine. The 4 days after bullshit is just that. I sent over pics as soon as I got them, they were not good enough and I related that I would send better ones as soon as I got them which I did. To clear up the rest of the confusion since you seem intent on trying to be blameless in this situation. I purchased these as a gift for one of my friends who lives far enough away that he can only get here on the weekends. When the parts arrived, I set them to the side to wait until the weekend for him to pick them up. He did and then took them home to install them. Only after that interval and his bad pics did I get in touch very nicely.
He stores the rig in a container and flies out each week for work so he isn't home. He said he would get me a pic where both of us could see the damage upon his return when he could get the rig out of the container to get far enough away from it to show what was going and as soon as I got the pic, I sent it over. However, you were notified of an issue as soon as we knew about it.
I am not making you out to look like anything. Your actions and how you deal with this are the only criteria that defines how you are viewed here.
You didn't like my offer to swap out the bad one for a good one and let me pay shipping both ways and clearly said that was not going to happen, so that left me two choices. Try a remedy through PayPal or accept a damaged window at full price. You left out that the dispute is only for one window.
