I painted my headlight bezels black. It was the only thing chrome on my jeep. I think it looks way better.

See that! Perhaps there is someone out there who wants black accessories but doesn't want to pay full price for them new... They could buy my old chrome junk and paint it all for a fraction of the cost. Not so stupid after all...

I just got finished taking the factory "X" and "wrangler" decals off either side of mine! Hated those things! So much happier with just "Jeep"

The only bit of chrome I don't mind is the headlight bezels. Thankfully that's all that came on my Jeep!!

How did you remove the factory decals?

I pulled up the edge with a guitar pick and pulled gently while hitting it with a hair dryer on medium heat. Came off no problem with no residue except from wax.
