From a quick search

Lightning is 9.6-10 kw.

The other trucks have a 7.2 kw or 2.0 kw version.

But one can still be fueled when the power is out.

Of course it can - it had an available onboard 6KW generator! Odd voltage though - but that's what they make transformers for.

It was an ARC welder @ 30 v.

My generator isn't. It just turns on automagically when needed, no screens or PHOOOOOONNE needed.

Front wheels yes, back wheels no. I've been calling that the Hot Wheels treatment because most of those cars look like a Hot Wheels toy when they set 'em up like that. It really ruins the look of an otherwise good looking ride.
