Help With 32RH Transmission Inspection Plate Bolts

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the forum and to Jeep TJs. I’ve had my 2002 TJ Sport for about 18 months now, and I’m loving it so far. It’s my first TJ, and it’s been a learning experience.

When I got it, the transmission (32RH) inspection plate was missing. I’ve since picked up a replacement plate, but I’m not sure what size bolts I need to secure it. Can anyone here help me out with the correct bolt size and thread pitch?

I have two 32rh's sitting in my shop right now. If I'm think about it tomorrow I can check.

That would be fantastic, as an aside; it has a slow drip of ATF from the front of the housing - does that sound like an input shaft seal leak? If so, any pointers?
