You'll have 3 extra holes to use for other things. 
This forum has a wealth of knowledge and a great search feature. You would need to know the wheel bolt pattern and your jeeps.

Asking for advice on the internet
-OP asks a question about wheel fitment
-First responder gives good advice
-Second responder agrees and adds one more good thing
-Next 57 responders have no clue. Suggestions include checking engine oil and pulling the fuse for interior light. Tire pressure is now top of the list of things to look at along with replacing pitman arm, check voltage and something about navel oranges versus mandarines. Someone posts a picture of the license plate delete mod and a question about why the soft top zippers don't close correctly
-Responder 58 says WTF, then gives good advice about wheel fitment
-Responders 59 - 80 change the subject, repeat bad advice from 55 earlier responders who don’t have a clue. Conversation turns to paint color and when the orders from Savvy will arrive, if ever
-Original 2 responders with good advice give up trying to help
-OP picks the worse advice of the lot from those with no clue and goes with it, and also checks the tire pressure for good measure and installs a double steering damper kit from Rough Country
-Two days later the question about wheel fitment is asked.. again.

@MikekiM You forgot that at least one Responder will post a picture of their jeep with those wheels and just say "go for it I love mine!" without reading the post entirely.

Google 5x4.5 to 8 lug adapters. Buy them. Bolt that ugly mess on and enjoy the wrong wheels.
Its all out there. Easily found.all you asked was if you could bolt these on with adapters.

My second post was 80/20 .
The correct answer is you COULD likely get them to work, but it would be a major hassle and you would have a complete mess on your hands. Wrong bolt pattern, wrong backspace to start and then you'd be adding adapters. And just because you CAN do something does not mean you SHOULD do it. So, my advice to pass on them was spot on.
With all seriousness, are you looking for a set of Mickey Thompsons Classic Locks? If you want a set of what you pictured in the proper 5x4.5, in 15x8, let me know. Or if you want a set of the ProComps like I have on my TJ, in the proper 5x4.5 in 15x10, I can probably help there as well. I have a habit of collecting stuff.
