While I like the stepside better the styleside is a good looking truck too.

My uncle had a hemi story I'll never forget. He had a 72 f250 that lost the FE in it. Being a Mopar man he had a 426 hemi and Trans ready to go. He wrote Chrysler about the project and an engineer with a sense of humor was happy to draw up plans for motor mounts etc He could use to get it done.
One day he was going down the freeway with a little Kubota tractor in the bed and a corvette comes up alongside.he sees the guy grab third so he gives the hemi all the carb it's got.
After ditching the corvette he pulls off the freeway followed by this guy. Corvette guy shouts "what the he'll do you have in that truck!?!" To which he replies "a Kubota tractor" while looking back.then takes off,forever giving the dude a complex about his car.
I miss that ol seabee.

I have a similar story , In high school a kid brought his dad's F-250 high boy to school. It had perfect black paint and on the tailgate , it had the Ford slogan of the time " Ford the better idea people " The Ford ad had a light bulb in place of the O in Ford . On the truck when you looked at the lightbulb , the element was a little Chevy bowtie. The F-250 had a real Rumpity rump 454 and T-400 .
