Quick and dirty , with a little white wall conversion to boot ! , Now go drive the damn thing and have fun . Folks don't know you were trying to get this shot before the temp. dropped to much and it would also be dark . Hate the game , not the Playhaa .

I bet the front strut towers are also awesome . They were never an issue on the early Mustangs I was around .

It's really down to one word in this case, "of" should be "to". I believe the close-up photos of the quarters alone would reinforce this linguistic revision.

Once all the functional stuff is done I'll paint it for real. But now it won't rust so I can put it off forever

OR ...... , you could leave the body and paint as is and build the crap out of the drivetrain . Then go have fun ! All while having a car that you don't worry about door dings . It would really bother some folks to get beat by a rattle canned MR-2 . Sleepers are one of my favorite type of vehicles .

Probably how it will end up, I'm sure I'll keep working on performance type things I'm not 100% I'll actually bother coughing up for all the paint stuff. I want to, but knowing me....

I am still debating if I want to wait to do cams and valve springs before or after the garage is ready. On one hand, garage... On other hand, that might be summer

That reminds me of an early cell phone photo an associate sent me once of a storefront up in New England he passed with a sign in the window stating "Antiques Made While You Wait"...I'll let that one simmer...

Only one way to make real patina, and that takes time (and typically a fair bit of it).

That area didn't get that way from natural weathering, ya mook...patina and poor maintenance/lack of care are not synonymous.
