We are just now putting the finishing touches on this retro modern porch -

The house is pretty angular in the long-term plan is for it to go a dark blue with cedar accents

I am immensely proud of my people-

The flat cedar panels house planters

Yes, actually the plan was to put the cedar grip rail on top of these and then the client changed- this was a design build with a little bit of figuring out as we went

As I sit here, I just met the best looking TJ. I’ve seen in days coming down the main street of a small Alabama town….

This will give you a little bit of perspective on our inspection department -they will tear you up on a set of stairs and then when you go down to the office, the stairs going up to the inspection department don’t meet building code.

This recently changed when they moved to the City Hall, but I always felt like that said a lot for them.

Typical government BS . The AHJ many times think they are God.

You’re not kidding when things come together it is about as good as it gets for a contractor….

I try to spend most of my energy making sure to facilitate that .. it gets over into thinking for other people and sometimes that bothers me, but it’s just the way it is.

Quality is never an accident. But it does feel like a miracle sometimes. I’ll take that.
