TJ bracket identification

Anyone know what these brackets are? On a TJ frame I bought to rob a section out of to fix the one I wadded up a few weeks ago. Neither me or my buddy have ever seen these and they appear to be factory. No idea what year the frame is. They’re not on the section of frame that I’m using so it really doesn’t matter but I’m curious.

The ones between the sway bar link bracket and the coil bucket.

I've seen those on a few 05-06 frames and all I can figure is they are for a swaybar that never got implemented.

IF I am reading this correctly; Item 24 is a Stabilizer Bracket.

OP is asking about the bracket between the coil bucket and the stabilizer (sway bar) bracket.
It’s an odd one and if Blaine doesn’t know what it’s for I doubt Mopar does

You are reading it correctly. What you don't see is the extra bracket he is showing.
