My first post becomes more relevant.
Before you buy any parts, take a look inside or at least consider that there's a decent chance your input shaft, countershaft, or more likely both may be toast and make sure the value proposition for a rebuild still exists if you have to replace those (not included in a rebuild kit).
The input shaft drives the countershaft to power all gears
except fourth, which directly connects the input shaft to the main/output shaft. If you've lost all gears but fourth, this is the most likely failure mode, and replacing the wear parts that come in a rebuild kit isn't gonna fix it.
