Do I need adjustable ball joints?

Jeep pulls (drifts) to the left. Alignment results recommend "upper ball joints have no play but can't be adjusted to set front end alignment to specs Recommend replacing upper ball joints with adjustable ball joints and align properly." Do I need adjustable or will the DanaSpicer 706944X suffice? I will have a mechanic affect repairs.

That doesn't sound right to me. Why is the jeep drifting to the left? My jeep is aligned fine and has regular ball joints. Has the jeep been wrecked?

Unless you have done something extreme to it. Adjustable control arms with some kind on huge lift. You should not need them.

I have a approx 3-4 inch lift stock control arms. (All from PO) And have no issues getting it aligned.

ALWAYS get a second opinion from a different shop before you start paying for repairs that are questionable. (If you are asking here its questionable)

Jeep has never been wrecked. It is one owner so it's been mine from day one, May 1, 1997. History known. These are the original ball joints (21 years old with 165K miles). Guess I''ll get a 2nd opinion.

I have a Teraflex 3.5 lift with Teraflex control arms. Made that mod about 18 years ago. No problems until now. Tires 33X12.5. Nothing extreme as I drive it on road across the US each summer from Maryland to Colorado and beyond. Had it aligned by a reputable Jeep dealer and they didn't indicate problems. I noticed the problem as I was driving across country. I'll get that 2nd opinion. Thanks for the input.

I would maybe replace the ball joints but with normal heavy duty Spicer ones.

If it has a gas charged stabilizer , bleed it . It will still work and drive straight.
