I have a 2001 jeep tj and have owned it for almost 2 years but have never been able to move my drivers seat. The seat wont slide along its track forward or backwards and the manual release for the tilt wont work also. I have tried to remove the seat but can only get the front two bolts out as the seat is blocking the rear two cant even fit my finger in there let alone a wench.

No, what he is saying is that if your seat won't rock forward you cannot access the rear bolts. I have a similar problem. My seat slides but won't rock forward after my seat cover install. It is on my list...
It sounds like there are cables in your seat that are broken or detached. Have you looked around with a flash light to see if you can visually see anything moving when you pull the levers?

There are parts under the seat which bend. Only answer is to remove the seat, 4 bolts, and bend the parts straight again. The bent pieces are real obvious.
