Before and after pics: What do you think?

Fantastic job! 110% better. If you're going to keep the stock bumper like I did, a lot lighter, you might like these rubber stubby bumper end caps from Guadratec you don't normally see. And, yes, get rid of that license plate holder on the back too.

I don't like tube bumper myself, but is the front one bent from an impact on the drivers side?
It is. I bought them local and the guy I got them from had some sort of accident and replaced with a different type. I paid a little bit of nothing for the front and the rear.

At least you won't get mad if you hit something with it. That's always a plus when something isn't pristine to start with.

When my mom first came to visit the Florida Panhandle after I got stationed at Eglin AFB we were driving through my neighborhood and she says “boy you sure do have a lot of neighbors whose last name starts with A!”

I asked her what the hell she was talking about and she pointed to all the Alabama flags.

When I got my yellow LJ it had Chrome bumpers, step bar, light bar (without lights) wheels, and a stupid bug guard. Slowly de-chroming it.... Only have wheels and hood latches to go.... I think your moving in the right direction.
