So I just did my lift on my Jeep. Went with the OME 2 inch lift with a 1.25 bodily lift 1 inch motor mounts and antirock sway bar. Got it finished up today and took it for a drive but when I went to shift into 4th, 5th and reverse it wouldn’t go easily. I can get it into 4th easier the more I drive but getting into 5th and reverse is almost impossible. Never had any trouble before I started doing the work. Do I need to do a transfer case drop or SYE. Or is this another problem?

Remove shifter boot & bezel. Look for stick-shift shaft contact with console. Trim plastic at contact points. Install bezel and repeat. Leave the shifter boot off, till you get a tummy tuck.

X2. A transfer case drop will actually make this issue worse.
The solution is to raise the transmission and transfer case relative to the body.and frame. Most common solution is a tummy tuck. If you do a full tuck you will likely need a DC driveshaft in addition to your SYE
