Maybe, but it shows a local area with a local phone number, and the pic is of it in a repair shop. Maybe the guy just found out it needs more repairs than he can afford. Doesn't quite have the scam vibe, to me. Maybe a buddy posted it as a practical joke on the owner, but scam? Nah. Ugly rig in a repair shop. Generally an ugly photo. No palm trees. No shiny paint. I'll agree with the possibility it could be FUBAR, however. Maybe he just got a good look at his frame!
