Questions about lifter replacement on 2.5

I am replacing the lifters in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler tj 2.5l. Whenever I replace them do I need to adjust them? If so how. And I know that I need to adjust the rockers when I put them back on. How do I do that? Any help is appreciated.

Awesome! Thank you. From what I read all I need to do is make sure that I tighten the bridge cap screws to 21ftlb and I should be good to go. Thank you!

You also need to soak the replacement lifters in motor oil so the air can bleed out. Never hurts to compress each one a bit, gets the air out.
