What are some good rear sway bars out there that would pair with the Currie front anti Rlock I just put on my Jeep. Was considering putting on a Currie rear antirock but didn’t really want to cut things. What else is good heavy duty. I have a full traction rear sway bar right now but since putting on the Currie it seems to be real soft causing body roll In the rear. The front is now feeling better.

I am just using the stock one with jks adjustable end links. And Currie anti-rock up front. Maybe the Full traction one is too soft?

yeah I am not sure. I have never had any body roll issues with the stock swaybar on it. Maybe you should be looking at your rear shocks IF your body roll is significant

The stock rear sway bar is the only one you need. Unless you're running wider axles, a mid-arm setup, or something else that's prohibiting the use of the factory rear sway bar.

You will gain nothing at all by going to a different rear sway bar, unless you have a very, very custom setup.

That’s what I’m thinking that it’s to soft hoping someone can suggest a stiffer one where I don’t need to cut. I no longer have the stock rear sway bar.

What would be a good replacement to the stock as I no longer have it. I have the full traction sway bar with disconnects. And I think it’s just to soft

Stock one from a wrecked TJ if you can find it. Otherwise I am sure Omix Ada or Crown makes one.

I had bilsteins on my old TJ and my LJ...they were way to soft for my liking.

The stock rear sway bar allows full flex of 12" travel shocks. If it fits, use that until it doesn't work anymore.

I stand corrected it is the stock swaybar. I realized what the problem is when I went from 6“ lift to 4” the end links are for a 6” lift so their causing the swaybar to be pushed down on 1-1.5 inches. Causing the body roll I have.

I feel stupid.

Another stock one would be a good replacement. If you're concerned about it being too soft, the answer is actually firmer shocks IMHO.

Go find a used stock rear antiswaybar, it's all you need with a front Antirock. That's the combination that has worked so well for me during the past 15+ years since installing my Antirock up front.

At what lift height do you need to replace the rear links with adjustables? Are the stock rear links ok with 1" or 2" of lift?

Close enough is good enough. The arms should be just on the high side of horizonal. I didn't replace mine until about 3" of lift. At the same time, I replaced all of the rubber through out the sway bar. That really tighten up the movement.

I really like the antirock ride such a nice one. I’m went ahead and ordered the rear antirock sway bar kit.

So the tune-ability of the rear sway bar is null? I know we’ve talked about it before...but isn’t pairing both a good option to test?

I know that I could stand to go stiffer on both ends. But for most, even for me, I suspect the benefits of changing out the rear once the front is done is well past the point of diminishing returns.
