Full door sail panel removal

The sail panels on my full doors are badly faded. I want to remove and paint. I see a couple screws. if I remove the screws, do they come out easily?

Relatively easily. You have to pop the weather-stripping out of the panel. I believe there is 3 screws but I would have to check.
