What did you do to your TJ today?

Replaced Wheel studs. Thanks Lambs!
Also did rear brake pads and filled her up.

Finally installed my new fuel pump, it wasn't too bad, my impatience always gets me. My tank was half full, believe me, when you're dropping it alone, it's NOT half empty.

Anyway, after I was done and I was admiring my work (meaning no fuel leaks), I look over to the corner of my garage and it hits me...why didn't I use my motorcycle jack to lower the tank....DOH!!!!

Bought everything required for a rear diff tune up including an amazing deal on a Jeep Dana 35 rear diff skid plate!
Now I have a fun and exciting weekend project lined up.

Amazing how you get all the great ideas right after you've already done it the hard way...

For $10 I bought a used Mazda 3 High/low horn to replace my Jeep stock one....This weekends project looks like I should be able to fit these to the existing mounting bracket, so fingers crossed it shouldn't take to much effort.

Had to bypass my AC compressor pulley by using a non-AC serpentine belt, because my AC compressor clutch started to make a foul noise and made my AC pulley wobble all over the place. Been having issues with it after I had my OEM compressor one replaced a few years ago.

Also - tried to get a Dana 30HP off of a Cherokee; didn't know it was a 2WD Cherokee though before I went to check it out. So, after that experience of driving 2 hours round trip I really don't want to freaking sift through scrapyard after scrapyard looking for a Dana 30HP.

Is there another alternative to scrapyards/LKQ's? Besides buying a brand new one from East Coast gear?

Today i fix the Sahara Panels on my Tj .
Now i need the Brackets for the Steps ! Somebody have some in the Garage ?
The Steps i have .

Oh , i see the Frame is verry dirty

Got tired of such a dark interior, since its black and dark grey. Painted the center of dash and front speaker grills with a grey hammered rustoleum paint. I also painted center console around shifter. Also replaced leather boot.

My wife drove my Jeep to work today while I did oil changes on my kid's cars and our SUV. Chores!
