Figure I would start a thread on the floor pan and mount rail replacement.

Driver side floor pan already installed and primed.

I will say the pans from Quadratec fit perfectly and are thick!!

Another suggestion for the guys on the east and west coast, if you drive your Jeep in the ocean and don’t rinse it off, this is what happens!!

Just to give you guys out there a idea what some of the tools needed to replace pans are

We got a fitted rear pan!!!!

All tacked in around the edges for tonight. Going to do the spots welds underneath.

She’s a lot of work....but it will be nice to roll in something that will be almost new.

Sand was everywhere inside the frame

Just curious, how was the frame on it?

I had frame repairs on it also. The rear at the bumper brackets had to patched on both sides and I cut out a section on both bottoms to empty all the crap I could blow back there.

I need to cut holes up by the front brackets to empty the rest of the rust and crap in there.

The front frame rail passenger side by the bumper snapped in half, where the big factory hole is.

The rest of the frame is in unexpectedly good shape.

Cleaned out the inside of the frame and had to do a repair near the passenger side front axle link.
