Just started noticing a very small clicking noise coming when I have the clutch engaged in neutral it’s not very loud but it is also making the noise when coming down a hill in first or second gear without the clutch engaged it’s an 05 with a 6 speed

Could be early signs of a throw out bearing , but it could be normal hotter temp noise at neutral and a u joint declining a hill.

If I’m just sitting flat in my driveway and press the clutch in I hear the clicking and also coming down a slight incline in 1st and 2nd gear if I let off the accelerator

If you're hearing the clicking no matter if the clutch pedal is up or down it's not the throwout bearing.

Did it click before the u-joints were replaced?
