I searched but didnt see a thread. I heard that HP Tunners was supporting older TJs and according to their website they now support the 97-01 4.0 and 2.5. Anyone have any information on this or seen what all parameters are able to be adjusted. I have an email in to HP Tuners and will post any info I receive.

I'd also be curious to know what parameters can be read (live or stored) and changed, I've got a stroker that I'll want to see the data when I get it running.

HPTuners software only works on 05-06 PCMs.

On earlier 97-04 models you need to use the Sykes software.

Their website looks like the early years are only supported on their newer tuner though so I'd have to upgrade mine. It may be worth it for me to do so anyways. I'd like to have the option to record wide band O2 info anyway.

Yep 97-01 has the little (1) indicator next to it so only the new MPVI2 supports it... time for me to upgrade my interface i guess lol.

Heard back from HP Tuners today. They couldn't tell me everything that was available but they did send me a stock file from a 98 to look at using VCM editor. I cant upload the file here but I would be happy to email to anyone that wants to take a look.

Still around? I would love to see that file. I have a 97 and the file I am downloading from my ECU is rather sparse.
