Question about halo lights

I would light to install some RGB halos. I currently have some led lights in that are a nice bright, almost blue (but not quite) lights. Previous owners installed. I like the brightness and clarity of it now and was wondering would getting halos... would the headlights that come with those be LED also? I’m trying to find some that have a built in turn signal too

If money is no object I've heard very good things about the Morimoto Super7 headlights. They're customizable and Morimoto sells things like halos and whatnot that fit into the 7" package. Might be worth looking into.

While I don’t have the halo style (just the normal led) the SunPie LED’s on Amazon have been great to me if your on a tight budget.

I have no personal experience with any of this stuff. I'm running the stock candles. But someone posted a link to a YouTube video comparing lots of different LED lights:

My takeaway from that video is that you really do get what you pay for. I thought the only thing important about headlights was the light output but that video showed how important the beam pattern is, and that's what you're paying for in a good light.

I guess what I'm saying is $120 lights might be great (it wouldn't be hard to beat the stock lights!) but they also might have a terrible beam pattern.

Just thinking out loud. Not saying you have to do anything in particular

First, I think halos look goofy, especially on a jeep. My new pet peeve.

Second, I would check your local laws about having colored lights on the front other than amber.
