Heat issues

I think I’ve found the problem. I believe it’s the AC, vent, floor, defrost switch. I heard what sounded to be a vacuum leak and moved the switch to floor. The leak stopped but then the switch wouldn’t change settings anymore. The knob just turned smoothly without clicking from setting to setting. I looked for a new panel and noticed the prices are all over the board. I’m assuming the Cheaper ones are probably going to go bad quickly, mainly because that’s my luck, and the OEM are rather pricy. The other switches, (fan & heat/cold), work fine so I was wondering if it’s possible to just change out the bad one.
Thanks.

Correction. I took a look at it last night when I got home from work and found the knob was cracked and would just spin. I changed the settings with a pliers and ordered a new knob.

If your heat was 150 at the vents and/or the defrost, your core is doing it's job.

Only luke warm out the drivers side and cool out the passenger side, while the other was hot, it's probably something with the door, the controls or what is between them.

Sorry for the late response; 2020 has been a punch to nuts to say the least. FYI did as instructed - took a few takes but now the heat works well. Thanks for the help!
