If I were to put a chrome grill on my TJ would I still be welcome to be a member of this great forum?

I know it not desired with Jeep owners and that is why I ask. I am just old and enjoy chrome.
Of course you'd still be welcome. Unless it's a silver TJ, I probably won't like it though! But it's all personal preference.
People build their jeeps all sorts of ways, it’s acceptable if you like it and isn’t an angry grille.
I say yes to a chrome grille. Mine came that way from the factory.
If you don't put an angry eye grill on your TJ you can get right the hell off this board. @Chris has always been very strict about this policy.

As long as it’s not an angry bird grille you’re good in my book.

I see a couple TJ's running around the island with the chrome grills, although both have massive amounts of chrome missing replaced with the glow of rust!
Maroon. OK! If your going for chrome, the darker the color the better.
@Kiwi TJ runs a chrome grill, if'n I recall correctly. It's not for everybody, but then again, "everbody" doesn't own your Jeep. Do with it what you want!

I say go for it! It's your Jeep, build it how you want it. I'm not a chrome guy but I think they look fine.
I've got the chrome overlay at the moment. I tend to mix it up every now and then.

Since it appears that I will still be welcome I will send a picture after I have installed it. Maybe a week. Speaking of waiting and of chrome I put in an order in on a 2020 car that I should receive this November or December that the only chrome it has is the tail pipes. But I don't think I will have a problem adjusting to it.

I always loved the looks of chrome until I bought a Harley with LOTS of chrome. Then I got really tired of polishing it constantly. Never want chrome on a vehicle again. No problems with the looks, its the upkeep that I hate.
