To be fair, I mounted these tires on 10” wide Mickey a Thompson classics. That Is wider than recommended for this tire. Hence, the shorter ride height.

Goodyear says the 35x12.5x15 MTR has a 34.8" diameter. It does. And when the weight of the Jeep is on the tire it measures what you see. Point being, there is no tire that measures out to the sidewall dimension.
Just imagine my shock and dismay when I discovered that my 35" Mickey Thompson's were really only 32.94's when mounted and on the ground at street pressure. And it's all @mrblaine 's fault too.
