Time to leave the top down. Looking at some different cab covers to use while at work instead of a tarp and bungee cords. Does anyone have some recommendations or experience with any?

I bought the bestop brand that just covers the cab. On all the covers I looked at online, they all have one thing in common, they don't have any type of support that raises the tarp up, so it's possible for water to puddle and leak. I run a bikini top on mine and it never puddled up and leaked. If your not running any type of top IE: Bikini or Safari, you could always cut a broom handle down and prop it up a enough to prevent puddles.
I use Bestop's Trail Cover. Had it for years. It's durable, keeps the rain and critters out of the cab.
I was debating between the Bestop and Raingear covers. I have the Bestop softop so leaning that direction. Thanks
I'm not sure if they're still available from the dealership but I bought a MOPAR cab cover. I bought it privately, new & still in the unopened bag for $100 which I figured was a pretty good deal. It's great! It's waterproof but I'm not sure if I'd put it on in a major storm. I haven't experienced any puddling problems but I can see that it might be a problem during a heavy rain fall.
It barely covers the tops of the half doors. I'd go for one that covers the complete door if you can.

That is why I like mine, it comes down to the bottom. Not sure it would protect a whole lot with the doors off though!
It has elastic bands that wrap around each tail light, one large band that goes around the spare and two at the bottom of the windshield hinges. After a year, they stretch a little. Not sure if they will go many more years. Each door side has a clip and nylon straps that cinch down to the bottom of the tub. Once it's on, it's pretty snug, even without straps, it would have to be a heck of some wind to blow it off. The rear sides have a plastic runner that goes under the lip and holds it tight! I am pleased with it!!
A buddy of mine at gr8tops.com has a product called the Jeep Jacket. It is really heavy duty and looks to cover the body really well when deployed. As soon as I get a storage option for my hardtop I'm going to get one of these.

Here's a cheap fix for the puddle problem, you can use it on the soft top also and it only will cost you 4 bucks.

Yes, this was not my idea nor my design but I was researching last night bc I want to quiet down the top while driving. It's 2" 4 way pvc cut in half with 2" reducer fitting to 1/2. Then get the cheapest 1/2 pipe u can find. No need to glue. This way you can just pull it apart and store it under ther seat. Go crazy and make one for rear half also.

Make sure you sand the edges after you cut them in half bc they will be going over the padding on your roll bar.

I have that same Bestop cover that goes down in the door opening and it is great. very heavy duty material. The fact that it covers the door opening is great for when I leave the doors off.
I haven't used it in a while because with a 50" LED light bar I doesn't fit properly anymore.

Let me take a look to make sure it is in good shape since it has been stored for a number of years
I did the same thing when I had my softtop. I added some foam pipe insulation around the main "beam" to minimize the "whopping" from the wind as you roll down the road.
