Recently did a heater core swap, now I have no heat.

on the disassembly I broke a blend door. The horizontal one to be precise. 2003 with A/C.

I played with the actuator to see if I could fix it. Drilled a hole in the arm and used a zip tie to attach said arm to actuator.

so now I have no heat. Which where I live makes the vehicle undriveable.

Where should I go from here?

I don't think you can find too many parts for the heating system, at least not at the mopar website I've looked at.

But you could check Dead Jeep, I've seen them on eBay, or Daveysjeep.com online. They could have the system parts or maybe the whole heater/AC box for sale. Doesn't sound like an easy fix, but it beats having no heat in the area you live in.

Well I found the matching one in Anchorage only 7 hours down the road.

but my boss is mad at how much I’ve put into it over the last year. Doors aren’t a priority
Sure they are. If she doesn't believe it, take them off and drive around. She'll soon realize how cold it is up there without doors. ;)
