3/16” lawn mower hose from Oreilly does fit. My hardline hitting broke so I used copper line and some compression fittings. Thought a pic would help. Great info. Appreciate it!
That appears to be Tygon, good stuff. I used some clear vinyl tubing, so far so good...but fuel line may be better than my choice considering the oil it lives in.

Good thread, all things aside ..I think the factory Rubicon lockers were a good first run product and time has proven that. I know they have their drawbacks, but on the whole, they were a huge move for Jeep.

TJ Clyde, Looks great. Do you picture/details of how you secured the copper line through housing on outside?
Thanks! Just to give you the whole background Ill preface with the locker and gears were not installed. I was drilling out the stock fitting since the hard line had rusted to the point it broke off. While drilling the fitting it actually pulled cleanly out. Solution was to flare the end outside of the diff to connect to a compression fitting that would eventually connect to the 6mm line. I used the JB Weld SteelStik, packed on the inside and outside of the diff to hold it in place and sealed it with "Right Stuff" on the outside after the SteelStik cured. These are the best images I have. I’m about to do a fluid change so I’ll take a better pic of inside.
