What did they even fix

Maybe if this was a side project you had a bunch of money to dump into it. Probably no if you expect it to be your daily driver any time soon.

This was the damage from the second accident. Lady slammed into the back of me. I was going about ten mph behind some moron trying to merge to the far left lane. I saw the chevy in my rear view mirror and knew she wasnt stopping. So I stopped so i didn't hit the moron in front of me and tried to relax before she plowed into my jeep at about 45-65 mph. Frame damage, destroyed my trunk, carrier, bumper, spare, tailgate bar, and even reclined my seat back permanently from the force of the impact.

Ahhh, I gotcha. Why not get another TJ with the insurance money? Or are you just looking for something different?

I've always wanted a CJ! I wouldn't get rid of my TJ for it, but your situation is obviously different!

I am currently on the hunt for one. But i wont make the mistake of not checking for rust this time. And its hard to even find a tj here, let alone a clean, mostly stock tj.

If you have any way to get to Denver and drive one back, there are lots out here. I have been looking with my 22 yo son to help him find one. We looked at about 8 before we found the one he wanted.

Are you willing to drive or travel to find one? That might greatly expand your options.

I would love to..... but i bring in the paycheck and things are tight at the moment after moving. So ultimately a lot of this is dictated by money as well as weather the lady wants to road trip as well.

All this said i will never ever sign with Safe co. Insurance. They did everything so slow and tried to blame me for the accident every step of the way.
