Right rear on the bumper under the tail light on a RHD looks like a stand alone brake light and there is only a single. Why? I have no idea! I think its a European and UK import requirement so they just left it on the Australian imports although not required in Australia?
The exports got a rear fog instead of front fogs.
Motorway (freeway) pile ups can be huge in UK and almost always in fog (unlike ice in North America) and i presume a rear red fog doesn't sheet the light , front light sheet back at you.
When I lived in the UK sometimes I had to turn my main lights off in heavy fog else I was driving 100% blind into a white sheet of light.
When people hit a patch of heavy fog at high speed the first instinct is to brake hard because you cant see anything in front of you causing rear ends hundreds of metres long so i suppose a rear fog is for traffic behind you. other than that I have no idea? Useless as tits on a bull where I live
