Any experiences with the Undercover Fabworks skid plate?

So, will a UCF Low Pro mount be necessary with a 1.25" BL, 1"MML and 2.5" suspension lift on an '06 6-speed and the UCF Ultra High TC skid?
I did the lo-pro mount with the ultra high TC skid. 1"MML 1.25"BL 3" suspension lift. There's about a finger width between the 241TC and the tub. There were no issues with trans shifter/console interference.
I covered the install and exhaust hanger mod in my neglected build thread.

Thank you so much for the info. I just ordered the LoPro mount. I hope the 231TC will allow for a little more space between it and the tub tunnel 🤔

The Lo-Pro mount does transmit a little more vibration but mainly just above engine idle, like when taking off from an intersection.
Good luck with your install!

The UCF LOWPRO Mount will be here on the 29th; just in time for the mechanic appointment on the 4th. I am really glad I read this thread and asked... 😓

I did the ultra high clearance skid also. Stock motor mounts with 1” lift spacers, stock trans mount , 1.25” body lift, with plenty of clearance to the tub.Zero vibrations. I did switch to a cable on the shifter and a few tweaks to the exhaust system.

Just ordered an ultra high clearance skid for my 1999. I’ll get it on with everything else this winter

The UCF guy did say I would need a lowpro mount, during our phone convo this am. It's one of those things, better have it and not need it than... 🤨

I don’t doubt that is what they told you at UCF. They are salesmen after all……
I was just sharing what worked for me and several others with similar builds to yours.

You're right, they are salespeople. Being so new at this, I didn't want to be stuck without my Jeep for 7-10 days, the time it takes for the mount to get here from AL. I certainly do appreciate your info. Soon enough, I'll be sharing what worked and didn't work with my build.

Every time I have called UCF I have spoken to the same guy. He talked me out of buying his rubicon locker pump bracket and was quite honest when he said the low pro mount would create some vibrations.

I went with 3/8" ultra high clearance, no lo-pro mount. I've got a 1" BL+MML and a SSSYE, have no vibes.

Ultra high with no lo pro? Did you have to dent the tub? Pretty sure the website says you need a BL and the low pro with the ultra.
no denting required, It had the same tuck height as my old Rokmen skid. I probably half and inch between the top of the transmission and the tip of the trans tunnel on the tub. Can get pictures tonight! I did have to bend a few little stand off's that routed wire looms.
I also have a cable shifter as well, I forgot to mention that.
