Not turning over after replacing clock spring

Hi,

I just replaced the clock spring in my 99 4.0 because I had no horn and the airbag light was on. Good news, that is all taken care of now. However, now that I put everything back together the engine will not turn over. Nothing happens when I turn the key. I have triple-checked the battery connections (Since I disconnected it) and other than not turning over everything is as it should be (fuel pump engages etc.)

One thing to note the yellow/black connector in the back of the ignition did pop out when I was taking the lower plastic steering column cover off. It snapped back into the ignition. (Did I maybe do something wrong here?)

Any ideas of what I can do to get this thing to start up again? Thanks in advance!

So, this was not adjusted correctly allowing me to move in and out of park without the key in the ignition. This is now working as it should. But still no start.

Is there any way I could have broken the Ignition Switch when replacing the clock spring? I have been searching everywhere and that seems to be the only thing I can come up with....
