What is this connector for?

I was putting a new radio into my 1999 TJ SE 4 cylinder. When I took of the plastic and metal panels under the steering wheel There was an unconnected 6 pin plug. Can someone tell me where this plug goes? I added two photos of the plug under the steering wheel.
