This is just some pics and details of my install of a PSC assist kit. This is not necessarily the correct or only way as mistakes have already been made and addressed. I bought a PSC stock replacement pump first without realizing it could not handle the extra volume of the ram. Fast forward two years and I have the proper pump, reservoir and anti splash valve for the project. I’ll get the things mentioned installed first before tackling the ram. The steering box fittings have been capped for a year or so.
Of course my TJ is different than normal TJ’s and required a custom res bracket and location. It will work fine just slow.

This was the decided location. Only re route will be the brake booster hose. Easy enough.

with CNC, you get what you put into it. Careful measuring (2,3 times) pays off the first route. Very little grinding was needed


After fit and weld up, a little black paint. I was out of flat so semi had to do
