It's a 3.07 dana 30. The lowest gearing for dana 30 is 3.55 correct?

This would tell me what, the gear ratio?

Also lookin to jump to 33s when these need to be replaced, if that will affect it.

Bought it used in 2012, not sure if it's stock probably is.

They're 31s. And how would I find out what the gear ratio is? Adjustments?

I have an issue in that whenever I am at top highway speed, around 70 or 80 mph, my jeep can't seem to accelerate past it. I can floor it and it just will not go beyond 80 in 5th gear. If I go up a slight incline or even if I am driving into heavy wind, it will start slowing down with my foot...

I did have the clogged cat problem, and it was actually diagnosed as such by dropping about 40 bucks at pep boys to have them check it out. I think it's interesting that you say that after it cools down, it runs fine again. I say it's interesting because that's exactly what my jeep was doing...

I had the same problem with my jeep. I was super concerned. Turns out the detection device (I suppose the oil pressure sender, as Jerry stated) had gone bad and the shop replaced it for me. Hasn't done it ever since over a year ago.

Okay thanks. I will take it to a shop to see if someone can confirm.

I've got grease leaking from the front right wheel from the axel I suppose. I don't even know where to begin with diagnosing what the exact part is or what needs to be done. I need some advice!
