Sorry abt your families cancer, I hope it all gets better. I still need to figure out my code and it’s soooo cold out now lol. For the evap leak buy a smoke tester it is worth every penny. Just had to fix a small evap leak and the tester made it extremely obvious where the leak was.

snapped the inner barb off so I could get a better angle, and sure enough I was able to punch it out, no heat or penetrating lube needed. Also was able to model the fitting on solidworks, will likely try out the print next week.

A long narrow punch I’d imagine is the play to shallow out the angle. I’ll have to play around with the printing, I have access to different materials that I think would work great.
