That’s a good idea..I’ll give that a try. Just trying to roll the Jeep 20ft out of the garage for a good cleaning.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll take look at the TC rebuild kit and see if is something we could manage. Here’s a picture of the bell housing where we cut the E12 Torx with a Drimmel.

Thanks for the replies. I did have all of the bolts out, it was just the paint and 23 years of other stuff holding the hinge on. As custommuffler said...some tapping and working with a hammer and it worked it’s way free. Going to try the heat with the Torx on the other side as jodomcfrodo...
